Every field team member holds a current OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card, plus job-specific certifications for confined space entry, flagging (ATSSA TCS), competent-person duties, and first aid/CPR. Certificates and renewal dates are tracked in our training log and available on request as part of any pre-qualification or RFP response.

We follow OSHA 29 CFR 1910.146 permit-required confined space procedures on every entry. Each entry uses a documented JHA, four-gas atmospheric monitoring (O2, LEL, CO, H2S) with continuous logging, a tripod retrieval system, a dedicated attendant, and two-way radio communication with the surface crew. Entry permits are retained for the project record.

We maintain commercial general liability, auto liability, umbrella/excess, and pollution liability well in excess of typical municipal minimums, plus workers compensation in every state we work. Certificates can be issued with the municipality named as additional insured on a per-project basis; we can also provide performance and payment bonds through an A-rated surety.

Yes. All work-zone setups use MUTCD Part 6 compliant devices, with typical applications selected from the current FHWA-approved typicals (TA-12, TA-14, TA-42 and similar depending on the street classification). On higher-speed corridors we add truck-mounted attenuators and a certified TCS reviews every plan before setup.

We operate on a zero-incident philosophy and track TRIR, DART, and near-miss reports monthly. Our EMR and loss-run reports are available upon request, and we participate in pre-qualification programs (ISNetworld, Avetta) so contracting departments can review our safety scorecard directly.
